About MeI am Jeff Kilpatrick, a second year graduate student in Computer Science at Rice University. My research with Luay Nakhleh is in bioinformatics with an emphasis on human genetics. On occasion, I work with a small biotech company developing systems and methods to analyze pooled DNA on massively parallel genotyping microarray platforms.
