About MeI am Jeff Kilpatrick, a third year graduate student in the bioinformatics group headed by Luay Nakhleh in the Department of Computer Science at Rice University. Currently, I'm in residence at the University of Washington in Seattle. My research in human genetics led to my MS thesis, Methods for detecting multi-locus genotype-phenotype association. On occasion, I work with a small biotech company developing systems and methods to analyze pooled DNA on massively parallel genotyping microarray platforms. Contact InfoMost working days, you can find me somewhere in the Paul Allen Center. If I'm not in my office, you can use my calendar for stalking purposes.
