Genetics

Simulator of Genotypes in Epistasis (SimGE) is an easy-to-use and fast generator of interacting genotypes. Configuration is through a simple configuration file. The software can generate tens or hundreds of thousands of loci in thousands of case/control subjects very quickly. Java binaries and sample configuration files are available for download.
